Request Current Password

If you have forgotten your password, you may use the form below to request it to be emailed to you automatically (via the primary email address we have on file for you). If you don't recall or no longer have access to this email address, please contact CRA to have your account updated.

 

If your request is accepted (if you've entered the correct email address), you'll be immediately redirected to the login page and your password info will arrive in your email inbox.

Request Different Password

If you're a current member who would like a new password for your account (instead of your current password), please send an email to info@CalRental.org with your name, member ID and your choice of new password (8 characters or less). The new password will be updated in our system (usually within 5-7 business days) and CRA will send you a confirmation to your official email address.
