Lodging accommodations include the onsite Sheraton Fairplex Suites or join our RV Campers and camp right on the fairgrounds!

Host Hotel : The Sheraton Fairplex Suites located on the show site at the Fairplex will be our host hotel this year. They offer special group rates for attendees and exhibitors, free parking and a free shuttle service from the airport. Sheraton rates are: single/double $119, triple $134, and quad $149. This is a all suite hotel! All rooms have a separate bedroom, a sitting area with a sofa bed, refrigerator, coffeemaker and a television in both rooms. The hotel has created a personalized website for CRA for the dates of March 12-17, 2012. Guests can access the site to book, modify, or cancel a reservation from June 29, 2011-March 18, 2012. Airport Shuttle Service: The Sheraton offers free Airport Shuttle Service to their guest between the hours of 6:30 am until 10:00 pm. To take advantage of this service:

1. Call the hotel directly at (909) 622-2220 and advise the operator that you want to schedule your airport pickup time. It is also advised to schedule you return at this time as well
   
   
2. Call at least 24 hours in advance, however the sooner the better to ensure they have enough drivers, etc.
   
   
3. The driver will advise if their time slots are booked and when the next available slot is open...it all depends on the frequency of the travelers, but they try to book in 1/2 hour intervals.

RV Camping is also available onsite, close to exhibits and includes full hookups with water, electricity and sewer. RVers can also bring one vehicle. These onsite accommodations allow show participants to walk to the exhibits and demo areas, and also to the opening Cocktail Party at the Wally Parks NHRA Motorsports Museum, located right on the Fairplex grounds. The only show event that is not on the Fairplex grounds is the Rental Rally Banquet, which will be held at the Pomona Valley Mining Co. Restaurant.
