CRA has contracted Peer Executive Groups to design and present Rental Leaders Boot Camp focused on developing key rental leaders inside your organization.  The session will run 6 hours over the course of one day with the following sections:

• Turning Coordinators into Connectors; Mastering the Art of Customer Service
  • Are you an order taker in your organization? Are you just giving the customer what they ask for? Are you just checking the box and moving on? Do you want to bring your customer service skills to the next level? Join rental sales rockstar Elliott Vigil, Elliott Vigil, llc and industry veteran Charlie Petersen, Peer Executive Groups in this one day training course. You will learn to listen for what the customer really needs, ask the right questions to better advise the customer, and to better communicate with the customer for a higher success rate. You will explore your natural abilities for sales and where you may need to challenge yourself. This course mixes learning from industry experts, roundtable discussions, and role playing to bring a new energy to your customer service skills.

Tickets purchased by December 12, 2025 are $495 per person. On-site tickets cost $595 per person.
